Ruben Serrano
Ruben has been a strength and conditioning professional training amateur and professional athletes for 11 years. 10 years ago he was introduced to golf. While working with his clients he has helped them improve their flexibility, stability, strength and power to take their game to the next level.
Ruben utilizes in-depth screening that he studied for 5 years with the CHEK Institute to develop some of the most advanced golf performance programs in the industry. It is his personal mission to take advanced program design to the next level.
Ruben also conducts lectures in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
