Diego Rutenberg

Diego Rutenberg is an accomplished personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic resident and student. His lifelong passion for fitness led him to transition from a career in business management to become a full time fitness director and personal trainer. After discovering yoga more than ten years ago, his focus has evolved into a more holistic approach to well-being equally focused on creating a balance of inner and outer health. He infuses passion, energy, and grace into every method he teaches.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the National Physical Education Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is currently attending Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. His eclectic education includes studies in computer science and graduate studies in architecture.
Some of his most notable accomplishments include completing two Ironman Triathlons, finishing 14 marathons and competing in more than 100 triathlons and long distance running races. Representing Argentina winning a silver medal at the Pan-American Macabe Games in Venezuela in 1985 a gold medal at the Pan-American Games in Argentina in 1996 and competing at the World Macabe Games in Israel in 1981.
Diego served as Fitness Director & Partner of Definition Fitness Personal Training Studio in North Miami Beach and the Fitness Director of the Michael-Ann Russel Jewish Community Center in North Miami Beach.
