Chauncey Williams
As a graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in sociology, Chauncey Williams knows the importance of motivating others to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. He has provided instruction to people of all ages, having received training in senior, child, prenatal, and postnatal fitness. Chauncey is currently the CEO and president of Body Preference Inc. Yet in spite of the long hours involved in running his own company, Chauncey continues to volunteer his time to speak with the ill and underprivileged. Since 1985, he has served as a motivational speaker stressing the importance of youth fitness. In 2000, he became the fitness coordinator for Kids in Distress, a program dedicated towards helping challenged youth. It is clear that Chauncey Williams serves not only as a motivator in the areas of health and physical fitness, but as a role model and tremendous asset to the community.
