Charles’ relationship with the fitness world started at an early age of 11. He decided to transform his body into a stronger and healthier version of his own. Due to this action, He has enjoyed the results of his accomplishments and there for has helped hundreds of others achieve there maximum fitness potential. To say the least, he carries personal training certifications from I.F.P.A/I.S.C.A. and also a degree in International Marketing/Exercise Science.
